This is what we do. (see pictures) We clean Floors, all kinds. If you have experience with scrubbing machines, buffers or carpet machines please reply to this ad. Mechanical experience is helpful, especially small engine. We will train if you're serious about working and keeping a job. This is a contract job, which means we pay per store you clean. Our pay per store is very generous. If you are organized , like to work and are detail oriented you can make between $12 and $18 an hour. Stripping and shop work start at $12 hr. Work days and times vary every day/week. Most work nights start around 8 - 9 pm. 
We are looking for Long Term Contractors. If you only work a couple of weeks or months before moving on, keep looking. We are a small family owned business, and our contractors become family. The right person could move into management or even ownership in the future. We have been in business going on 20 years and some of our customers have been with us that long.
You must have:
Pride in your work!
A CLEAN VALID DRIVERS LICENSE 
DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION
Be able to lift/push/pull 60 lbs
Be able to drive a pickup pulling a 12' trailer
Pluses but not absolutely necessary:
Floor cleaning experience
Mechanical ability
Ability to drive a stick
Ability to think on your feet
Self starter
Bilingual
